Following a successful military career, I served as an Adjudications Officer for USCIS (formerly "INS") processing Adjustment of Status cases. My job was to conduct interviews and review I-485 applications and all supporting documentation, ensuring they were properly filed and complete. I verified applicant's eligibility for benefits under the Immigration and Nationality Act and am well-versed in the adjudications process.

I also served as a former Immigration Inspector in various locations, to include the land border port-of-entry. I helped facilitate travel and assessed whether individuals met the requirements for entering the US. I helped to ensure efficient processing of travelers by applying policies, procedures and directives.
