Package Deal: K-1 Fiancé(e) and Green Card Processing

Allow us to process both your petition for a fiancé visa and the application to become a Lawful Permanent Resident of the U.S. at a reduced cost. We will be in your corner from the time your spouse applies for a K-1 fiancé(e) visa to their application for a green card (permanent residency).  Key Requirements for the K-1 Visa:

• U.S. Citizenship: The petitioner must be a U.S. citizen. 
• Legal Capacity to Marry: Both the U.S. citizen and the foreign national must be legally free to marry (e.g., not currently married, divorced, or widowed). 
• Intent to Marry: The couple must intend to marry within 90 days of the foreign national's entry into the U.S. on the K-1 visa. 
• Meeting Requirement: The couple must have met in person within the two years prior to filing the I-129F petition. 
• Financial Support: The U.S. citizen petitioner must demonstrate the ability to financially support the foreign national. 
• No Serious Criminal Record: The foreign national should not have a serious criminal record. 
• Forms and Fees: The U.S. citizen must file Form I-129F with USCIS and pay the associated fees.
